Super Salad

Sunflower
The nutty, juicy crunch of sunflower greens make a great addition to salads or a snack all on their own! Tastes just like sunflower seeds in a green!

Using herbs medicinally has become a staple in our lives. We love to share them with you when we have surplus in our supply. We harvest throughout the spring and fall each year. Ruth's Rabbitry
Meet Ruth
Ruth is Elty Farms very own, Elise Ruth. We most commonly we call her "Ellie" or "Ruthie." Her love of all animals is really at the heart of Elty Farms. At the age of 6, Ellie got her first pet bunny, Cookie Dough Cookie, as she so cleverly named him. Within a few years she added S'Mores and Pumpkin Spice and so the sweet rabbit farm began. At the ripe ol' age of 12, she is a walking Bunny Encyclopedia Britannica, raising her own rabbit reproduction colony, and the real CEO of Ruth's Rabbitry. We like to think we home school her but most days mom and dad are her students!

We offer bunny adoption to individuals and consignment to pet stores and other retailers. Rabbits make wonderful human companions and it's important to us that ours buns find fur-ever homes.
